INTEREST: Armenian (hy)
by Suren Karapetyan
I'm Suren Karapetyan from Armenia.
I'm a programmer and i would be glad to translate
Fedora Into Armenian.
As i see there is no Armenian translation at all and
I'll have to be the
first translator,
but I'm sure I'll be able to find some more people to
help me.
I've already sent a registration request to become a
translator and it
has given me
RED HAT REFERENCE [apac.redhat.com #33496]. The
registration isn't
completed yet
(it's already 4 or 5 days).
I'll be happy to start as soon as possible.
Best Regards
Suren Karapetyan

Trademark Translation
by Igor Nestorović
Hello,
We have a question regarding the translation of Red Hat trademarks, "Red
Hat Network" precisely.
Should it be translated, the "Network" word? As I understand, "Red Hat"
may not be translated in any case, unless Red Hat Inc. does not say
otherwise.
Can someone from @redhat.com state what is a company policy on this
issue please? This should be helpfull in other cases as well.

Language Packs and Fonts in Fedora
by Daniel Yacob
Greets,
Installing FC4 this weekend I noticed that "Amharic" was now an interface
option for the install. Which was great to see, but then I couldn't see
-no font! Where do head to request an ethiopic font be included for the
install?
Doing a custom installation I noticed the section for "Language Packs"
(or maybe it was "Packages", it was a subsection under "System" IIRC).
What comprises a language pack and when is one required?
thanks!
