Russian translation of translation-quick-start-guide

Hello!
I commited some days ago Russian translation of translation-quick-start-guide
and correct Makefile to build Russian version too.
That should I do next to make this translation available on web?
Did I missed something on maillist regarding such issues?

Availability of telugu language .po files

Hello all
I am new to this list and signed up for extending help in the telugu
translation of fedora projects. As i started downloading .po files from
the CVS, realised that no files are available for telugu translation. In
the status page also telugu does not exists.
In this regard i request the list members advise on what to do?
Regarding the downloading of .po files from CVS, the procedure described
in the faq page is downloading all the avilable languages into my
harddisk. Now, I wish to know how to download only the files pertaining
to the required languages.

system-config-users

Dear all,
I am translating system-config-users and encountered unknown phrases as
follows. I don't know how to translate the '_' character. It may be
something like a shortcut key. For example, when we choose a command
from GUI, the command normally have a shortcut key like E for Edit...
etc. It would be very appreciated if you give me some clues.
_Don't show system users and groups
Assign _highest UID
Prefer that UID is the _same as GID

- Bulk Load NFS - mean of the "bulk" in the context of this module?
- NFS Export - same as "NFS share"?
- Powercontroller ?
- Raw device - mean of "raw" in the context of this module?
- Failover
- Tiebraker
- Device special file - mean of the "special" in the context of this
module?
- Primary Quorum Partition is required - "Partition OF TYPE: Primary
Quorum" or "Primary Quorum FOR THE Partition is required"?

Uclear terms in module: system-config-bind

Hi, need help with correct (short) explantion of following terms:
- Trust Anchor ??
- Digest ??
- Naming Authority Pointer
and
- Pointer to RFC822/X.400 Mapping
what is Pointer?
- Well Known Service (deprecated: use SRV) - well known to somebody? or is
it general term?
- Bit Map Specifying Port Numbers - some type of bitmap tha specifies
ports?
- Zone Drag Error - what kind of drag?
- to translate:
{ none; }
{ any; }
in line:
"Specifying values other than { none; } or { any; } is usually
counterproductive, since the responsibility for update access control
should rest with the master server, not the slaves."?
