L10N Desktop testing day for Fedora 19 - 13/04/11

Hello everyone,
We are glad to announce that the L10N Test day for Fedora 19 is
scheduled for 11th April (Thursday) [1]. Translators all around the
world are kindly invited to test their languages and file bugs if
necessary, thus contributing to make the Fedora desktop one of the best
desktops in your languages.
Details for testing is available at [1].
Test cases are available at [2]. As you can see, the test cases are
categorized as Frequently Used Applications (FUA) and non FUAs to
simplify the testing process and reduce the load on the wiki. Few new
gnome packages have been added to the list for this testing.
Please feel free to file bugs against the relevant package if you find
any issue in your language.
Thank you all in advance for your corporation. Feel free to ask any
doubts if any.

Where should we translate the system-config-rootpassword?

Hi all,
I found some translation mistakes of system-config-rootpassword during
testing the fedora 19 testday-20130411 live image.
But the project is not active in transifex and is deleted.
I couldn't find the developer contact info.
So I am asking here if any of you knows. Cause we are unable to translate
it.

New language (bo) on Transifex

Hi all,
It's been a while since my last administrative task on Transifex. But
now, I would like to request a new language (team).
I went to https://fedora.transifex.com/projects/p/fedora/ and pressed
"Request language". Then I made a choice (Tibetan) but Transifex just
gave the following message back:
"You need to sign the Contribution License Agreement for this project
before you submit a team creation request."
Am I missing something?

Self-introduction

my name is José Carlos García and I work as a
technical consultant and developer at Indra, a IT Company in Madrid
(Spain). I hope to collaborate translating from English to Spanish. I
also collaborate with 10gen as a translator for MongoDB. My FAS username

like to contribute translating to Spanish and spreading the word.

transifex operation problem

Hi
As the string freeze comes, I've started translation and encountered
error message saying 'translation must start with a newline (\n)".
This string can be found under setroubleshoot=> plugins;
"⏎SELinux denied access requested by $SOURCE. It is not⏎ expected that
this access is required by $SOURCE and this access⏎ may signal an
intrusion attempt. It is also possible that the specific⏎ version or
configuration of the application is causing it to require⏎ additional
access. spice-xpi run applications within mozilla-plugins that require
access to the desktop, that the mozilla_plugin lockdown will not allow,
so either you need to turn off the mozilla_plugin lockdown or not use
these packages.⏎"
Also, clicking 'copy source string' button does not work for me.
Anyone experience the same?

Hi all,
A couple of months back there was a request for Tibetan (bo)
localization in Fedora. Unfortunately, this request never make it to
the "official channels" because only a very small group of people was
involved. To get started, we would like to establish a Tibetan
translation team.
I agreed to serve as Language coordinator. Meaning that I will support
and initialize the setup process in Fedora/Transifex and act as
administrative contact (of course, I will not make any translations).
The plan is that I will hand over the position of the language
coordinator as soon as possible to a capable person which is a native
Tibetan speaker.
