Next Fedora L10N meeting is Monday

Dear translation team,

I'm starting a weekly 30 minutes meeting for our community.

first meeting will be Monday 16th, 5PM CEST, on IRC fedora-meeting-1. It 
will last 30 minutes.

Open subjects and tasks for the translation platform migration [1] and 
other subjects [2].

You can come for any question related to localization, we'll have an 
open floor time at the end.
