Chinese Min Nan, Yue, Zhuang are dialects of Chinese. The difference
will become apparent when they are spoken. So technically, they don't
need to be translated, because they are still Chinese(And use Simplified
Chinese character when they are written)
What we do is to translate the written language, so I don't think they
are needed.
Here is what I did: for each of these languages, I defined a warning
message (for every project):

If you still think you want to translate in these languages, please come
discuss it first in trans(a)lists.fedoraproject.org

Is fine for you or would you like to route the conversation to a Chinese
mailing list?
