We are not using transifex since F22 Alpha. All our translation files are on zanata and the TX source has been achieved so you can't use it anyway.

Do we start to pull translations from zanata to websites automatically? I already translated some strings to Turkish for getfedora in Zanata but they are still in English in production website.

Yes we do, but actually the websites in production are frozen because we use the same source for staging.

You can check if they got in, looking at the staging website. All strings will be merged automatically at release time.
