Do someone would like to propose a text for the blog post announcing our
community migrating to Weblate?
We have to tell:
* why we migrate to a new translation platform
* which tool was chosen and the reasons
* explain the macro-planning
* tell about the impact for the project maintainer (Zanata was manual
push/pull, Weblate is directly talking with git repository)
