I suggest we use base list of packages required by the Edition/Spin
being reported for.  That way we don't have to define this list.

I wonder if the transstats folks could code up a quick report for us
that would get us to automation faster.


I guess, this should be quick. Let me see, to develop and ship in next release 0.7.2
