Hi,
This is part of the websites POT file, you could translate it using
transifex[1].
Please, ask the website team once it has been done to add your
language code (vi_VI) to the counter.
You could do it using the mailing list[2] or using IRC under the
#fedora-websites under the Freenode network.
You could even use trac[3].
