Here is what I did: for each of these languages, I defined a warning
message (for every project):

There are two writing systems of Chinese characters, one is simplified Chinese used in mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia, while the other is traditional Chinese used in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
We need only zh_Hans (zh_CN locale in glibc) and zh_Hant (zh_TW locale in glibc) now.
