Yes, that's exactly what I meant. They are on the bottom of the most
unexpected page. Great usability improvement!

The new left panel is full of options that are almost useless for translators
and developers but you cannot reach in a few clicks the most important data:
what is updated and what you need to translate.
I do share the same analysis.
And I do not see improvements for team coordination either.

Dear community members, fellow translators of Fedora, Zanata developers have
lied to us for several years. No fixing, no improvements. Just new themes,
degraded usability and promises.
I'm not sure we can talk about lying. There is an implicit promise from the developers to meet the needs of the users, but the Zanata team has not really made any commitments to us other than hooks for Fedora-Hubs.

I assume Zanata tries to address a different use-case than the one we have in the Fedora Community. It's more obvious now.

Alex, can you share how Fedora feature requests are looking as far as the roadmap goes?  It seems we need some serious team support here for a community project to be more effective.

thanks,

Can we change our translation server for the software where developers do
listen to their users, with more features and reliable support, like Weblate
or Pootle?

I do administrate Weblate instance for quite some time now and do know how to host it (on Debian). I'm fully ok to help of a proof of concept.

So people can have an idea, have a look as what opensuse do: https://l10n.opensuse.org/languages/

No translation platform is perfect, it's a matter of choices.
Zanata has a great translation memory feature, competitors don't, but competitors help you to understand what's going on, what to do and make you're sure you're sync with upstream.

That's a great subject for a Fedora Activity Day
