As an alternative to a single person making the changes, with Flock
(<
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flock_2014>) coming up, it would
perhaps be possible to organize a meetup/hackathon to [i] make the
appropriate edits; [ii] possibly create a translated version; [iii]
release it as final.
This book can be retrieved from git repo[1]. When build, it looks like
this [2] (note, this is outdated). Editing can be done by joining docs
team and obtaining docs-write permission. Also I can push this book to
zanata for translation.
However, we should better discuss and decide whether we keep updating
wiki format l10n guide or switch to this guide. Maintaining both would
cost too expensive, I think.
