From my previous weblate experiences, anyone with a FAS account can
contribute. This would also mean that people can get right to translating
stuff without the need to join language group, hence lower contribution
barrier. Correct me, if I am wrong.

No no, I don't have any concern.
I would like just to know if also in the new platform, people should be
part of a translation team (from the point of view of FAS membership)
in order to be able to translate stuff. Or, as it is right now,
everyone with a FAS account can contribute.
