this is not required when using github ou gitlab.com
Hmm, I'm using gitlab for libvirt and without the webhook it never updated its view of the repo, or if it was updating it was so delayed that I didn't see it happening.

ok, i assume your right, as i never configured a gitlab.com project and see your configuration looks correct.
