on getfedora.org you can read: "Are you looking for Fedora 27 Modular Server Beta? Download it here!"
The general rule is not to translate Fedora brand names.
If feel like the product is Fedora Server, and "modularity" is a characteristic, but not part of the brand itself. As such, it can be translated. Am I correct?
Kind remember to translators who may not know this rule: we are asked not to translate Fedora Workstation, Fedora Server, Fedora Cloud, Fedora Atomic, etc.
