My best guess, some packages are not only used in Fedora, but other

As much as we like to have all under one instance, we try not to
constraint the package maintainer to only using Fedora Zanata, but that
does not mean we can't convince them to move over.
At the end of the day, it is up to the package maintainer to determine
which is the best Zanata instance for them to obtain best translation
results.
Correct, thank you Alex.
Besides, anyone can join and become translator under
translate.zanata.org. It is atm hard to maintain the quality as the
language teams are collection of translators but not actual teams which
communicate each other. When I receive a 'join' request of Japanese team
under
translate.zanata.org, I recommend him/her to coordinate their own
team somewhere to work on target project. Because I do not look after
that part on
translate.zanata.org.
I've sent the mail to 'blivet-gui' maintainer in person, and asked him
to consider the migration.

Why is blivet-gui not located under
fedora.zanata.org
<
http://fedora.zanata.org>?
Does it mean I have to create a new account with zanata? I tried to
login with my FAS credentials (as offered) but it fails.
