That's correct.  I'll share a quick version of the recent history, just in case people are interested:

<lesson role="history">
For the past several years, Dimitris Glezos and the team at Indifex have graciously allowed Fedora to use their hosted Transifex service.   Before that, we had a self-hosted instance of Transifex, but we didn't have enough volunteer efforts on the Infrastructure team to keep up with maintenance and upgrades on it, and the decision was made to move to a hosted version on Transifex.  At the time that decision was made (several years ago, while I was the Fedora Project Leader), we said we'd be happy to re-evaluate the decision at some time in the future.  Zanata was not yet even packaged for Fedora at that time and wasn't really in a production state yet, so using a hosted Transifex solution was the best option at the time, knowing we could always go back to running a self-hosted version with the same data, etc.
</lesson>

Isaac, despite the rocky relationship between the Zanata folks and the Fedora community over the past couple of years, it's refreshing to see you introduce yourself on the list and express a willingness to work with the translation and documentation teams.  I hope you feel welcome in the community and I look forward to interacting with you more.  If I can answer any questions or be of assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
