Piotr Drąg and Jean-Baptiste Holcroft were managing the Translation
project, but i guess, they are away from this for a while.
As far as i know, cvsl10n and l10n were used in past to give certain level
of access rights to translators and coordinators in Zanata and similar
stuff, but i think they are no longer needed.
But this should and must not hold any of us back from localizing
(Translating the strings) and to do something for good.

And... we are talking about the Fedora Translators Group (cvsl10n) or
the l10n one? What is the difference?
