There is problem with links from RSS feed. I always get page not found error.
Error is due to extra "/tx/" in link address.
For example, RSS provided link is:
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/tx//tx/projects/usermode/tip/
while it should be
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/tx/projects/usermode/tip/
