Is anaconda for f19 string freeze broken?

I found new strings of anaconda for f19 after string freeze day.
Is it string freeze broken? or new strings for rawhide?

I'd say it's a same situation as with Fedora 18 - Anaconda is still
under very active development. But I agree, there should be more 
communication from Anaconda team with translators to give them an
exception.
