IDE platform for i18n or l10n?

Hi

One of the HU translator team member made me a question - that
actually I cannot answer correctly, or more precisely, I have no clue
yet. For l10n we use our web platform Zanata, but else from i18n side
- this question bugs me a bit. Do we have any visual or rapid
developer tool, that our i18n interested coders can use, or set up
through DevAssistant? I don't remember that we had or have IDE or
module for Eclipse in repos...

Any idea?

Good question here. !!
I18N does not requires special IDE, all present IDE's are capable of
including i18n support in active projects.

But one thing important is *guidelines* regarding
- how to include i18n support for particular programming language.

I want to start something for this in this year.  Anyone has more ideas
here?

 Do we have tool extension that we can combine with resources like
Zanata for i18n? Like this:

or https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/multiproperties

How cool would be to enable Eclipse install through DevAssistant with
translation targeted plugins...

Would be nice to have these kind of plugins for Zanata.
 Anything in pipeline for Zanata?
