Enable translation for kinoite.fedoraproject.org

Hi all,

Could someone with admin access to Fedora Weblate[1] create projects for translating the content from the following repositories:

- https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/kinoite-site
- https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/kinoite-docs

The repo that will hold the translation is 
https://pagure.io/fedora-docs-l10n/fedora-kinoite
Pot file should be generated automatically in this repo in few hours.

@Timothée: you'll need to give commit access to weblatebot user to 
https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/kinoite-site so weblate can push 
translation for this site.

@Yuri: The l10n repository for the doc part 
(https://pagure.io/fedora-docs-l10n/fedora-kinoite) is now ready to be 
configured on weblate. Is that something you can do? You can use the 
same set up as fedora-docs-l10n/fedora-silverblue

@yuri, there is a process on how to configure an l10n doc repo somewhere on pagure. Probably on doc translation scripts, Darknao may help to find where.

I'll be able to help next week hopefully, sorry for not being more available since weeks. Personal life is busy at the moment.

Good to know. So I leave this untouched until the process will be scripted. For now, I have created the project but did not add the components.

@darknao: Feel free to do whatever you want with it. I can add the corresponding permissions.

Alright, thanks. I think I can handle everything else from here, I just 
need the rights to do it.
