Transifex update -- added s-c-printer

Hi all.

I've rolled out an update for Transifex, which adds support for
system-config-printer (branch 0.7.74.x, available in F8). Looking at its
stats, many languages could do a small update:

http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/system-config-printer#0.7.74.x

Some new features in Transifex in the past 4 days:

* Added choice to skip diff preview (useful for large diffsets)
      * Increased the form usability (fieldset boxes)
      * Added manual module update/pull (save
        CPU/network/responsiveness)
      * Fixed CVS synced patching
      * Fixed support for non-default branches
      * Enforced secure http.

I feel it's close to a release, which means an RPM and move to
translate.fpo/submit/. Yay. :)

I thought translation freeze for F8 was 25.9. Is that shifted somehow?

No, you're correct. But this is roll out of an update for Transifex not
the translation of system-config-printer.

However, system-config-printer received only a handful of translation
updates before the freeze (largely I think because it had moved
repository and was not yet in Transifex), and now it has several more
good updates.

Is it possible for me to break the freeze in order to get these
system-config-printer translations in?

Not only developers can repackage after the translation freeze, but we
urge them to do it as late as possible to include as many translations
as possible in the release. From [1]:

The later the repackaging takes place, the more translations
        will potentially make it in the release. Translators of popular
        packages (like anaconda) appreciate having an up2date package
        before test3 to test it and make corrections.

GNOME does the packaging 2 days before the release, which is great.
Maybe the explanations (also appearing in [2]) should be more clear
about this.

What is the update rate of t.fp.o status page ?

Great.
Would be nice to have submit support for OLPC files, in order to have
all translators working in only one place.
