Hello, I tried to create a new project in Weblate, but got an error saying I don't have permissions to do so. It was possible for anyone to create new projects in Zanata. Is this a new workflow? If so, is there some process how to request new projects? (opening ticket somewhere...?)
Thank you!

Hi Matej,
for now, only Weblate administrators can add a new project (but any project administrators can add a new component to translate new content).
Until migration is complete it may not change. I could enable it, but it worries me.
My main concern is to make sure we translate upstream open source software and not what an individual decided to translate (multiple example in Zanata for this).
Second concern is that configuring Weblate isn't so obvious. I prefer to do the first configuration for project to reduce the migration cost.
I feel like it's normal for a project to know how their makefile works, but they don't have to learn the weblate internals.
This should probably change in the future, and to make sure we respect Fedora values, we need two features in Weblate:
* Force to set a license in every component: https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/3370 * License change should trigger a notification: https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/3369
I just created https://pagure.io/projects/fedora-l10n/%2A
`tickets` repo would receive this kind of requests
`docs` repo would allow us to exist in Fedora documentation website, and to provide howtos, such as how upstream team can interact with weblate.
If community agree, I will: * update the readme of https://pagure.io/g11n/ and move localization related issues. * add a "Whiteboard message" in Weblate to tell where to reach us for new project requests.
