Major announcement: our internationalization system for documentation is 
close from working well!

To give you an idea about a result, I'd like to highlight a new 
translation in Odia (code "or", alternate name is Oriya), one of the 
many official languages in India: 
https://docs.stg.fedoraproject.org/or/council/contact/

There still is bug to solve, but you can now focus on translation, no 
major changes should occur anymore in the pot files.
