Libvirt has been accepted immediately, because we knew it was a
Fedora/Red Hat project. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of RDO, so I
denied it. If you could ask for approval again, then I will accept it
ASAP.

Sending some sort of announcement to trans-list before would
definitely help here. :)
Well I had no idea of the mechanics behind the scene, and the previous
time it was so quick it looked automatic :-)
