I need to change my id_dsa.pub in i18n.redhat.com, but I can't find an edit account page for that server. I guess that https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/userbox.cgi page applies only to cvs.fp.o. How may I change my id_dsa.pub file on i18n.rh.c ? I only see a signup page but not an edit page.

Unfortunately there is no edit functionality for that server. You might want to send an email to Chester Cheng <cchang at redhat dot com> with your public SSH key attached (CCed).
If this is the canonical way to resolve such issues, we should mention it at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Tools/Website#i18nrc.
