pykickstart/ru.po commit

Hello,

I could not commit my updated translation for Russian language.
As I can see I have rights to update but there are some problem with lock files.

Please commit it for me.

I have committed the pykickstart/ru.po you sent from my side. 
Please cvs up to get the translated version.

Please do it for me too.
We from locale pt_BR are also getting the same problem to commit
pykickstart.
