Fedora Core 3 Release Notes translation

Hello, Sarah and Jeremy!

We has discussed in June question about translation of FC3 Release
Notes.

I understand Red Hat team should be very careful with this document but
end user is waiting good translation of whole product.

I suppose translation teams could provide good enough "unofficial"
translation of Release Notes.

I see some points to discuss:
- remark of "unofficial" status of translation in title
- copyright notice of original document and translation
- file format and encoding ( plain text and html in unicode UTF-8 )

Please find attached translation of Release Notes for FC3 test2 as
sample.

Please do not use the term *end user* in an open-source context. Fedora is  
a project, NOT a product.

Yes, I agree with you. An unofficial translation could be included I  
suppose, for users that do not find themselves comfortable with English,  
for example.

Do Red Hat Team plans give us a chance to translate Release Notes?

What happend with this? Did you guys ever translated the release notes? 
What about the FC4 release notes? It would be really cool to have 
translations of the release notes in all the languages that support 
Fedora. I just hope that it's not too late to start this. It's the  27th 
and if I'm not mistaken the schedule says "translation freeze". :\
