cant add pykickstart

Hallo, I have seen that pykickstart is ready for translation. I have taken it 
from the status page, then I try to add it.po to cvs whith the following 
results:

$ cvs -f add 'it.po' 2>&1
cvs server: scheduling file `it.po' for addition
cvs server: use 'cvs commit' to add this file permanently

$ cvs -f commit -m 'It po added' 'it.po' 2>&1
Testing it.po...
**** Access allowed: tombo is in ACL for pykickstart/po.
RCS file: /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v
done
cvs server: ERROR: cannot write file /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v: 
Permission denied
cvs server: Couldn't open rcs file `/usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v': No 
such file or directory
cvs server: cannot remove /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v: No such file 
or directory
[Terminato con stato 1]

Suggestions?

Hello,

Trying to get the po files from cvs through:

[besnik@localhost fedora]$ export CVS_rsh=ssh
[besnik@localhost fedora]$ export 
CVSROOT=:ext:@i18n.redhat.com:/usr/local/CVS
[besnik@localhost fedora]$ cvs -z9 co translate

nothing downloads, and the machine tries different rsh implementations 
as follows:

connect to address 66.187.233.241: Connection timed out
Trying krb4 rsh...
connect to address 66.187.233.241: Connection timed out
trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh)
elvis.redhat.com: Connection timed out
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages 
if any)
[besnik@localhost fedora]$

Any suggestion?

It is supposed to be CVS_RSH with capital letters.

CVS server is down.  Official announcement due very soon.

Also, the correct variable name is "CVS_RSH", not "CVS_rsh".

That is not the correct information for the CVSROOT:

$ export CVSROOT=:ext:[e-mail]:/cvs/docs
                                                  ^^^^^^^^^

But this is not a Doc, pykickstart is a package catalog...

the repository, if it's acceptable for them, as long as the permissions

you mean that the procedure to add our po file is to ask you?
If we can not add them ourselves, could you automatically add the po
files for all those languages someone has asked maintainership for,
please?

I added your file as you attached the file (but not got files for other 
languages),
also files for all languages are available through cvs
