transifex.fedoraproject.org transifex instance shutdown

Hey, hopefully nobody would have even noticed this, but after the move
to transifex.net, we've finally shut down our instance at
translate.fedoraproject.org.  We will keep all of the data around if
anybody needs anything, but translate.fedoraproject.org now redirects to
fedora.transifex.net.

Thank you Ricky, I was asking for the possibility of that redirect a
couple of months ago.

So what about the Website translations not migrated yet? They are
"Fedora Account System"[1], "docsite-publican"[2], and "Fedora Package
Database"[3].

I don't think it is a good idea for translators to get the pot files
from repository manually, and open tickets later when they have done
the translations.

Those translations can be maintained by transifex on the old site
(translate.fedoraproject.org), but why cannot the new site
(transifex.net)?

The migration should be done from the maintainer side. Hopefully,
you've catch an infra member here involved in fas :)
