To explain a bit more Using fedorahosted[1] we can see that last commit was 11 days ago, while on the master branch (commit log) it was 2 days ago.
Is there a wiki page where we can find name servers concerned by the website (and which task they are doing)? Sijis, I think that you where answering at this question last time when my alias was down... I didn't get any answer ;-)

There has been an infra issue [1] for a couple of days and it looks like it was resolved today. Regardless of that, I was able to build the whole fp.o locally without an issue and comparing my output with what's in fp.o they appear identical to me.
If that's not the case, could you point to me exactly which string isn't updating?

I thought i did answered you question. It took me to find it but its all here [1].
You may not have access to the server but jumping onto #fedora-admin or #fedora-websites, someone would have access there and double-check that everything on those servers are acting properly.
