Initscripts string - confusion

Hello,
Thought I'd check here first before filing a bug to understand the 
following string in the initscripts.po file:

#: /etc/rc.d/init.d/cyphesis:77
msgid "Loading database with rules: "
msgstr ""

Two kinds of interpretations are popping up for this string.

#1. Loading rules into a database
#2. Loading the database using some rules.

I could not find any documentation regarding this. Any pointers about 
which should be the appropriate translation?

I just found that this entry still remains untranslated, awaiting the 
clarification from the maintainer. :-(

Any updates or pointers from others who have translated this string?

We used option #1 in Spanish.

Whoops, I didn't realize the maintainer's reply went to me, and not to
the list too. Quoted:

"The first interpretation is correct.  The init script adds some game
logic rules to the postgres database before starting the game server."
