Packaging transifex-client

I know dbecker was going to work on this, but in case it's helpful:

http://pfrields.fedorapeople.org/packages/SRPMS/transifex-client-0.4.2-0....

That's based on the latest tip/HEAD, pre-0.4.2 release.

You're always one step ahead!

Based on your src.rpm, I only changed the tarball with one with the
correct license file, and one doc file missing. I also corrected the
URLs, and fixed some rpmlint problems. Upstream helped me, of course.

The bug for the review request is here [1], for anyone interested to
help with the review.

I think you're going to do one of the following:

* Package the stable 0.4.1 release, *OR*

* Use my pre-release of 0.4.2.

This cannot be version-release 0.4.2-1, because upstream has not
released 0.4.2 yet.

Fyi, once we get a couple of bits improved, hopefully by Wednesday, we
will release it.
