New translator

Hello everyone!

I'd like to contribute to the project as a translator (from English into 
Russian). I've been translating, editing and proofreading for about 10 
years; first with a publishing company, then with an IT-company (and 
non-stop as a freelancer). I believe I could help the community with 
translating FreeIPA, for starters :)

Вам надо дождаться ответа от координатора группы перевода - Миши Шнурапета.
Он предоставит доступ к переводам.
Вы можете ознакомиться с кое-какими правилами тут:

Сейчас в основном перевод приостановлен (
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-28/f-28-trans-tasks.html), но
можно переводить вебсайт, и скоро будет короткий марафон для перевода
Fedora Release Notes, перевести
"Примечания к выпуску"-бета я не успел.
