Hey all.

I propose a quick meeting soon to decide some major issues we need to
address soon. The String Freeze is in a few days and we have some big
decisions to make.

Meeting topics:

 - Decide strategy to get the new release localized the best way possible
 - Discuss Transifex migration
 - Create translation teams on Transifex.net (lang leaders be present!)
 - Document full migration plan
 - Find any blockers

It would be also important to have Jared, the current Project leader,
and Paul, the last Project leader who participated in the last l10n
infrastructure change.

Team coordinators should be there too.

Note that 1300 UTC is 08:00 US Eastern time.  I can make this meeting
although my caffeine injection may still be taking effect at that
