Update of Fedora Localization page on docs.fedoraproject.org

Dear all,

on staging instance of the docs.fedoraproject.org website,
you can find a working update proposal of the Fedora
Localization Team pages.[1]

Beside this e-mail thread, I have also created a relevant
issue ticket on pagure.[2] So, feel free to comment and/or
make suggestions for improvements of the update in this
thread or in that issue.

Preferably in this following 14 days.
