Current status is :
  * cs, fr, pl, uk are 100%
  * ca is almost there with 86%
  * ja, pt-br, es, de, pt, bg are half-way (from 59 to 40%)

Please have fun translating this website, it includes a lot of 
translation challenges. There is a lot of words related to technologies 
to may chose to translate or to leave it as-is, depending of your 
language community practices.
