Request for Elvis CVS maintainers: po files renaming and ACLs

Dear Elvis CVS maintainers,

We'd like to request all [e-mail] files on i18n.redhat.com be
renamed to [e-mail] and related ACLs updated.

Please let me know if submitting bug requests for renaming in each
module is better than this bulk approach, but we'd still need ACLs
changed by you. I've already requested the essential modules to be
renamed but not all have responded yet.
