Fedora websites added on Transifex

Hey all.

FYI, we just enabled submissions to the fedoraproject.org and
fedorahosted.org in Transifex, both hosted on git.fpo:

* https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/fedora-web/
 * https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/fedorahosted-web/

Don't forget to add your language to LINUGAS once you have it ready,
so that it gets published.

PS: Once the SSH connectivity with cvs.fpo gets fixed, translate.fpo
will be added too. And comps will finally work.
