I know this is 2 years late, on a comment that was already two years later... but if its still affecting you please open another bug. Previous work around/fixes were: 0) Update the firmware/bios on the motherboard. 1) disable irqbalance daemon, as there seemed to be some kind of race condition. 2) Boot the kernel with pci=nomsi,noaer due to some odd conditions in some motherboards. This may assist anyone else following along that has time to try these suggestions.
