I second these recomendations. I hope Fedora team implements the
recommendations. I feel redhat team working for fedora understand.

2 has already been fixed. 1 and 3 should be filed against the "design" 
component in http://bugzilla.redhat.com. Kindly dont use mailing lists 
to report bugs or request enhancements unless they require further 
active discussion.
