Selinux Problems

FC11/Kde Trying to print on a Samsung CLX-3175FN. Selinux is playing havoc with printer drivers, these drivers are from Samsung and I'm getting many Selinux Alerts, to many to keep running Restorecon. The printing is coming out with double columns with 1/8" white lines down through text or pictures. There are no GPL drivers for this printer, it's to New ! If I disable Selinux, the printer will print normal. How do I relabel all the files on the computer ? do I relabel from telinit 3 or what ?

Hi all, I think I need wine 1.1.24 or later to install MS office 2003. I need office to use a little windows application that make some report. It works only with excel and I cannot change it. I read on winehq that installer for office 2003 is gold on 1.1.24 but a lot of regression make it uninstallable on 1.1.23. Fedora repo for Fedora 10 stops on .23 but in fedora 11 there is .29 Can I use the fedora 11 repo, or I have to recompile wine? Tnx to all Bye Ambrogio

Network Printer Problems

FC11/KDE-4 Have printer setup as lpd://172.16.1.35 and I can ping the printer and driver is setup , but when I send a test page it Stops in print que. Policy setting is Error Policy : Retry Job Operation Policy: Default Behavior Cups is running in Services

dkim-milter and postfix permission denied

When using dkim-milter with postfix i get this error: warning: connect to Milter service unix:/var/run/dkim-milter/dkim-milter.sock: Permission denied It works if I include postfix in the dkim-milter group AND chmod the socket file to allow the group to write to the socket: # usermod -a -G dkim-milter postfix # chmod o-w dkim-milter.sock The problem is that when the dkim-milter service is restarted it restores the socket file permission to 755 which breaks postfix. This is the /etc/init.d/dkim-milter line starting the service: daemon --user ${user} ${prog_with_path} -x ${config} -P ${pidfile} -p ${SOCKET} ${EXTRA_FLAGS} How to definitely solve it? reading /var/mail

I want a SIMPLE GUI tool for reading mail in /var/mail. Like for /var/mail/root I don't want a heavy hitter like Evolution or Thunderbird, and mail is not a GUI. I have used Webmin's reader, but I have systems that I do not want to install Webmin on. Are there other alternatives?
