We have a long way to go, but many of the technologies required to make this happen are coming into place, including kdbus and Wayland. One of the key changes is that the new page focuses on content from Fedora Magazine, while the older one drew from the Fedora Planet Blog Aggregator. Sumit Bhardwaj asked about this change on the Fedora devel list, and some conversation followed. I think the key thing is: since there are many times more users than developers, we are trying to keep the Fedora Magazine articles user focused, while the Planet presents a firehose of often very technical blog posts. We don’t want to overwhelm users with a torrent of insider, developer content, while at the same time, we *do* want users to know what’s going on and to feel a part of (and drawn into) the Fedora community. We’re still working on that balance for the Magazine, and for the Start page. how to add a keyboard

Hi, I need to add a Hebrew keyboard in my computer (Fedara 20). I used the tool system-config-keyboard to select the Hebrew keyboard , but among the possible choices lacks the keyboard that I need.. I thought that this keyboard is not provided by default and must be installed .. but I have not found a chance to do this installation. I would like to have some information on how to solve my need Thank you Regards Angelo

Error calling EVIOCSKEYCODE on device node

I extracted the errors and uploaded the file to https://www.sendspace.com/file/iy8fzo basically I am getting these errors at every boot. fedora 20 Trying to compile a App and it says to run qmake make When I type in qmake it says "Command not found" What do I not have installed ?

F21 - WiFi not connecting

I get home from a fun ride on Amtrak - Chicago to Detroit, 2 hours delayed to a plowed in car (importance here is I was on the Amtrak WiFi). Came out of suspend mode and connected to my WiFi with no problem. Then no WiFi. It will not connect. I tried restarting NetworkManager, the interface. Both restarted the authentication which failed. I pulled out the trusty ethernet cable to get connected. I am current on patches. It won't connect to my smartphone MiFi either. Tried that. And at first my SSID disappeared from the list of found SSIDs. I checked from my phone which had no problem connecting to my local WiFi, so it is the F21 system. After restarting NetworkManager, my SSID again appeared in the list.

PyPDF2 and stapler on Fedora?

Hi, I was making an rpm for these two for my personal use, but it just occurred to me that this may be available in some Fedora repo I am not aware of. So I thought I would ask before spending more time on. The stapler package that i am referring to is not the one already in Fedora. boot partition too small

I made a mistake when I installed my Fedora 21 system -- I specified a /boot partition size of 200MB rather than the recommended 500MB -- and didn't notice my mistake until I had too much time invested in the install to redo it to correct the size. (I am using plain vanilla ext4 partitions not lvm). When I tried to do a yum upgrade today (which includes a new kernel) it failed with a message that my boot partition space was short by 6MB. What can I do to fix or mitigate this problem? There are currently 3 kernels and a forth (the biggest) with "rescue" in its name. Do I need that if I create a rescue CD to boot from? Can I arrange things to keep only one extra kernel instead of two? How? Suggestions or pointers to information couched in simple terms (I haven't had to deal with any of this boot stuff in 15+ years) will be very much appreciated.
