Testing would be just seeing if the new version starts now. If you're not sure how to install it, that's easy as well: sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing upgrade pan
It's ready to go stable, so it will probably be in the updates repo in a few days.
It came, it installed, it conquered.
