You really want the Fedora legal team (not marketing droids)  to send 
notices to  the community websites and ask them to take down those?.

are better ways to handle that. If you want to participate in the effort 
see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites. That would go a long way 
towards resolving any issues.
