There is an exFat driver in fuse.

WD ships the drive formated as exFAT, which will not mount on fedora.

Reformat as NTFS and fedora will mount the drive.
Beware that default while formating an option external drive in winodws 10 seemed to be exFAT.

I just went through this with a 4TB drive.
