I am sorry but I do not understand what you mean....
Maybe it would've been clearer if the outputs of lvm and mdadm had been included, but it's clear that:
there are two mdadm raid1s of 1G and 34G,
/boot is the 1G raidvol,
/, /var, /home, and swap are LVs on the 34G raidvol.
Where do you see LV? I only see primary....
