There are various ways, I mostly like the following:
rpm -qa --qf '%{name} %{vendor}\n'
because it works with all repos. Other than that you can check which packages are from ATrpms with the '.at' part in the release tag.
Yes, I suddenly realised the second method would work. That's how I came to the conclusion that I had only 10 atrpms packages installed.
