I don't notice any USB problems here. USB mouse, keyboard, and a flash drive are all working as I expect them to.
There's a dearth of information in the two recent 2.6.22.1-33.fc7 kernel problem threads from those that have something not working. They'll need to provide more information (/var/log/messages, dmesg, probably some other things, too).

I still think that new kernel are not working fine, as old kernel 2.6.21-1.3228 was o.k. And I still think that testing was not o.k.
